Payment for treatment is due and payable the day services are rendered. It is our goal, however, to assist all of our patients in obtaining the dental treatment they deserve. Therefore, we are pleased to offer several payment options. Please read the following carefully, and our financial coordinator will answer any questions you may have and assist you in selecting the appropriate financial plan for your needs. For your convenience, we offer the following financial options:
1. Credit Cards. In addition to personal checks and cash, we accept payment through Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.
*returned checks and balances older than 60 days may be subject to additional collection fees and interest charges of 18% per month.
2. 5% Pre-Pay Discount. Allowing you to pre-pay for your treatment we will take 5% off your total treatment. This discount is limited to treatment appointments only. If you have insurance you can decide to pay the full amount of treatment and have the insurance checks sent to yourself. If you rather pay your patient portion, we would be happy to take the 5% off of your portion and once we receive your insurance payment you can pay any additional balance on your account. * Not available for Delta Dental Insurance Patients.
3. Extended Payment Plan. We offer an extended payment plan for amounts up to $40,000 upon approved credit. This plan has the following features:
a. No down payment
b. A long term program with low monthly payments
c. No prepayment penalty
d. Low fixed interest rates for the amount financed
e. Interest free plans available
4. Dental Insurance. If you have dental insurance, we will assist you in filing your dental claims and do our best to estimate what benefits you will be reimbursed for. We will bill your insurance company as a courtesy to our patients. Please bring your insurance card or policy number and billing address of your insurance company to your first visit. We will gladly discuss your proposed treatment and answer any questions that may arise. However, you must realize that your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. We encourage you to be familiar with your benefits and exclusions, as all charges are ultimately your responsibility.

We realize that temporary financial problems may affect timely payment. If such problems do arise, we encourage you to contact us promptly for assistance in the management of your account.
