Since 2005, members of the Witchy Women with a Cause have been meeting every October to raise money and baby supplies for Heritage Home. Heritage Home is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young, unmarried mothers and their children as they work towards a brighter future. We’re proud that we were able to help the Witchy Women of Los Gatos as they strive to help others in our community.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we supported the Una Bella Notte fundraiser at Villa Montalvo in Saratoga. The event was held to benefit the Los Gatos Education Foundation, the Good Samaritan Hospital BreastCare Center, and Breast Cancer Connections. It was an evening of great food, great wine, and great entertainment, with acclaimed tenor Gus Farwell as the featured entertainer. But the best part was having the opportunity to help raise money for these excellent and much-needed organizations.
We were honored to sponsor the Miss Jalisco Event at the San Jose convention center by awarding 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner's gifts as well as gifts to all 8 of the contestants. At this event there were eight contestants, each of which represented a separate region of Mexico. In this photo I am with the winner, the new Miss Jalisco.

This year, Dr. Bittner and the team at our San Jose office were proud to sponsor a local Relay for Life event. Relay for Life was started in 1985 by Dr. Gordy Klatt to raise awareness for cancer research and has since grown to become the largest not-for-profit activity in the world, with as many as four million participants every year.

Morgan Hill Sprint Triathlon - 19th Annual
UVAS Reservoir, Morgan Hill, CA
Triathlon Weekend Saturday May 15th & Sunday 16th 2010
3/4 Mile Swim - 16 Mile Bike - 5 Mile Run
We kicked off the summer with a classic sprint triathlon. UVAS Reservoir in Morgan Hill is one of the most pristine and beautiful venues in the world of triathlon. We came out as a team to support this event. There was a lot of talent there. The youngest participant was 15 years old and the oldest was 80 years old gentleman. It was invigorating watching and cheering on the contestants as they crossed the finish line. We wanted to attend the event to help educate the the athletes in our community of the advancements in the dental field. It was a fun weekend for all.
