Dear Dr. Bittner and Staff,

I wanted to write you a note to let you know just how much I appreciate everything you and your staff have done for me. 1 knew that when I first walked into your office the challenge that I presented you with was not an easy one. The work that I just had done by my previous dentist was awful, to say the least. The veneers were big, bulky and darker than my original teeth. Her answers to my complaints were that was how they were supposed to look and she and her staff thought "they looked wonderful", and besides, there was "nothing further she could do". I was absolutely devastated. Never before did I feel so much shame in smiling. I would even cover my mouth to talk. There was also extensive damage to my teeth and gums.

Anyhow, your calm and reassuring demeanor gave me hope. You didn't seemed bothered by the additional work nor did you charge me to undo what my previous dentist had done. As for the final results of my dental work, they have far exceeded my expectations.

As for your office, there's something funny going on there, I'm beginning to think you've employed "The Stepford Staff". Everyone that I have encountered at your office has been so far beyond polite and kind. This is truly a rare commodity, especially in this age of rush, rush, rush.

I do apologize for rambling on but I don't think I'll ever be able to fully express my gratitude to you and your staff, Thank you, thank you, thank you!
